Photo realist pencil artist Kelvin Okafor will share his hints, tips and secrets at this practical and intimate workshop.
About
Pencil artist Kelvin Okafor will be conducting a 4-hour workshop during his exhibition at the Mall Galleries on Thursday 12th September - 12pm to 4pm. In this workshop Kelvin will demonstrate and attendees will have the opportunity to practice the following:
• Understanding tonal values through layering
• Achieving skin texture
• Understanding proportions through shapes
Kelvin will be drawing an eye and detailing the process from start to a hopeful finish.
Attendees will also have a chance to engage in a Q&A with the artist during the breaks.
