Feeling low, anxious or having trouble sleeping? Our free, 6 week Digital Wellbeing Journal course starting this November might be able to help.
This exciting course will provide an opportunity to boost your mood by recording the little moments each day that bring you joy and help you stay well, and using these as a basis to create unique digital artworks using Adobe Photoshop.
Working with Adobe Photoshop software you will learn different creative digital journaling techniques each week, including collage effects, working with text and manipulating imagery.
Sessions will be provided in a supportive and inclusive environment, and collaborative practical exercises will help learners connect and share ideas with each other.

Free (£5 Deposit which will be returned at the start of the course)
This workshop is run in partnership with Morley College Connect and Discover.
This course is part of a research project to find out if community learning can help people with problems like sleeplessness, anxiety and feeling low.
