Katie Silvester's debut exhibition 'Billie - A Collection of Memories' harvests the visual collaboration between musician Billie Marten, photographer Katie Silvester and multimedia artist Josh Shinner, presenting a collection of memories behind Billie Marten's new album 'Feeding Seahorses by Hand'.
About
This exhibition is the culmination of many Summer afternoons spent together unpicking the emotions and ambiance of Billie's new album.
Opening on the 2nd of May with exclusive live music performances from Billie Marten, blanC and Oh Papa, the premiere of Josh Shinner's short film that compliments the album, and an exhibition of hand-printed photographs from Katie Silvester, this project aims to be an all encompassing treat for the senses, as well as an open invitation to step into Billie's visual world.
The photography exhibition, together with Josh Shinner's video will be on display in our gallery space until the 19th of May.
Hit the Reserve button to join us for the opening event next Thursday, 2nd May from 19:00. A limited number of Walk-in tickets will be available on the door.
