An environmental art project of thousands of sandcastles built for one day on Vuosaari beach in Helsinki.
About
Artist group Forest Camp's Kakutus-environmental art work happens at Aurinkolahti beach, Helsinki. The artwork is built of thousands of basic sand castles during a intense 3 hour working period. The made with the help of over 20 HAC cheerleaders.
The beach opens to the public at 10.00.
Kakutus is a part of The Association of Finnish Sculptors Sculpture Expanded – Moving Laboratory of Public Art.
