Scotland’s up and coming art and music festival Jupiter Rising is hailed as 'an essential player in preserving, expanding and celebrating Scottish culture & arts.' Described as a ‘powerful overview of cutting-edge music and performance’, Jupiter Rising takes place within an iconic landscape of Jupiter Artland, the home of world-class sculpture just outside Edinburgh.
Expect an inventive and experimental programme of live music, sound and performance day and night, artist moving-image and film programmes, talks and discussion, artist-led workshops for all ages, culinary feasting and a whole lot of dancing. A firmly independent and artist-driven festival, Jupiter Rising invites audiences to explore, discover and celebrate underground and DIY practice alongside established and international artists.
Jupiter Rising is a two-night campout festival, starting on Saturday 29 August and finishing midday on Monday 31August 2020.
