SUMMER GROUP ART EXHIBITION featuring 3 artists with very different styles.

About

LiTE-HAUS presents three Berlin-based artists, with different backgrounds and very different artistic styles. You will want to spend time in each room absorbing the messages these works hold within them.

If you want a calm, beautiful, thoughtful experience for your summer guests, you should add this exhibition to your list. We guarantee a nice experience.

The artists will be present in the galerie daily. We have special summer hours to take advantage of the late sunsets.

Bernd Reichert fills a room with his richly colored paintings - portraits and figures reflecting the beauty in diversity. The artist writes: "I grew up in a time and place when the naked female body was perceived as unfolding its original charm and thus radiating an unconstrained self confidence. These paintings want to show this feeling to a world which is greatly torn by inequalities, foremost of gender. The naked body, stripped bare its social and societal references represented by clothes and fashion, is the most beautiful thing humans own and it needs to be celebrated."

Michaela Haider | Lia Niobe artworks tell stories/myths and let the viewer wander through their landscapes, listening. The overarching theme touches upon the relationship of human/nature - body/soul. The tension of the form reflecting the experience of the soul.

Melanie Garland presents her ongoing PhD research project "Somewhere Inbetween". In this presentation, Garland shares some of her experiences and reflections on her current research on contemporary migration in Europe and South America.
