People who have saved this event:

An exhibition of new works by Joseph Ridgeon following his graduation from a Masters in Fine Arts at Goldsmiths University.

In Phallus Impudicus, Joseph Ridgeon divides the area using partitions that draw on the aesthetic of a combination of gay sex spaces. Because of these physical divisions the viewer walks a pathway which transitions from distinct space to non-space exemplified when walking between the back of two partitions.

Ridgeon punctuates the space with seemingly deteriorating clay sculptures, and drawings that highlight a confused reference of gay sex culture from cruising grounds to leather bars.
