Störung Galerie is proud to present the debut Berlin solo exhibition of Joschua Yesni Arnaut.
About
Titled “The Anger It Took To Get This Gentle”, Joschua’s first solo exhibition in Berlin sets the stage for an attempt at post-conflict reconciliation.
Diverging on a multi-forked path from the imprint of hyper-masculinity, leading to an ultimate convergence upon maternal harmony.
Leaving open the narrative of the “in-between” and thus inviting in a collective contemplation on the fragility of aggression.
Joschua's intense and thought-provoking works seek to unveil sensitive and often complex topics that warrant further discussion and inspection. Divined into mesmeric sculptural pieces, print works, paintings and installation, his very first exhibition at Störung Galerie presents an intimate and powerful realisation of never before seen works from this rising Offenbach based artist.
Due to COVID-19 regulations in Berlin, entry to the exhibition is only permitted with an FFP2 mask and presentation of a negative test result.
Due to the small size of the gallery, only 2 visitors per time will be permitted to enter at one time, so larger groups may be required to queue.
