Jenni Crain’s work draws from architecture and universal design to speak to the conditions of a given or perceived space. Her sculptural works refer not only to the environment of exhibition itself but also recall emotional associations to moments and memories of elapsed experience. Crain’s allusions to time, be it the past, present or future, reflect upon and trace our intersecting and evolving relationships with place, perspective, and personal histories.
