Jealous and Smiths Row have come together to curate an exhibition that explores contemporary printing through a portfolio of work represented by this emerging young company. Now in their third year, Jealous is a successful and innovative independent gallery and print studio based in North London. As part of their work they publish and sell limited edition prints operating from their studio and travelling widely with their clients. Their philosophy is fresh and energetic working as a team made up of artists and graphic designers. They place a great deal of importance on the 'craft' of printing and view the process as key. Their approach towards collaboration is one of enthusiasm and as a result Jealous has developed fruitful relationships with a rich and varied range of contemporary artists, nurturing graduates through their Graduate Print Prize as well as offering a flexible and creative service for established artists, namely Charming Baker, Adam Dix, Angie Lewin and Adam Bridgland.
