The Crossway Foundation invites you to an evening of short satirical films from the Gulf, curated by artist Monira Al Qadiri, as part of Shubbak Festival.
About
As part of this year's Shubbak Festival, the Crossway Foundation brings you the second edition of thought-provoking satirical films from the Gulf.
The first edition was held in January and included short films from groups such as Telfaz11 (Saudi Arabia) and Sheno Ya'ani (Kuwait), many of which had never before been translated into English.
This upcoming screening will include exciting new satirical shorts from groups such as Meqdad Al-Kout (Kuwait) and Misfitz Comedy (Bahrain).
There will be a Q+A with the series' curator Monira Al Qadiri following the screening.
