About
On the occasion of the first appointment of the 2018 season, which coincides with the first ten years of activity of MARS, Yari Miele has invited two artists to compare themselves with each other by means of their affinities.
Jaya Cozzani Chandran (born between Mumbai and Kanchipuram, lives and works in Milan) in her work, cerulean, shape, and method are all necessary ingredients to bring us into the meditative dimension of her Indian origins.
Cosimo Filippini (born in Lugano in 1979) graduated in economics for art, culture and communication at Bocconi University in Milan. He has focused on photography since 2006, collaborating with the photographer of architecture Vaclav Sedy. Initially he worked on portraits, photographing musicians and artists, and later specialized in the documentation of exhibitions and works of art. In addition to his professional activity, he pursues a personal research on photography, taking part in exhibitions in Switzerland and Italy.
