When's the last time you engaged in play with absolutely no fear of making a mess? When did you last look at nature with child-like wonder? There's so much she allows us to do, to learn, and yet we often fail to pause, to appreciate the magic she treasures in her bosom.Today we have screens that let us see and hear everything under the sun and beyond...
Ironically, there's nothing that's made us feel more disconnected with ourselves, with nature.
This Saturday, let's gather to not just see, but to touch, feel and explore the colors of nature with our bare hands. Starting with searching for possible colours for our palettes, making them, and then experimenting with the medium on paper, we'll go through the entire fun process of scribbling, painting and creating, rather than just dipping our brushes in ready-made paint bottles. It's time we got our beautiful hands working folks. This is going to be a dirty business.
