Vivienne Hollis and Tony Scrivener are London based artists that met on meetup.com along with three other artists. Together, the five formed art collective ‘Artists Who …’. After working with each other on the first two Artists Who … exhibitions, Vivienne and Tony created ‘Hollis & Scrivener’, a platform designed specifically to showcase ‘Bloodlines’.
About
Bloodlines will be a long running series of exhibitions, a visual inquest into heritage. During the project Hollis and Scrivener document and synthesise a past culture & current nostalgia.
Starting with ‘Introducing Hollis & Scrivener’, Hollis and Scrivener present the pieces of work which formulated the idea of the project. Both artists make work related to their parents, all of whom died young.
