Rowan Johnston is an exciting and experimental new Artist who uses a multi-media approach to create immersive and expansive environments. Managing to capture depth and movement within his works they seem to come from a visceral place within which encourages the imagination of the viewer.
About
Varying between large scale works using paint mixed with nails and other interesting objects to pulling images out of metals through the use of corrosion Rowan Johnston's work is both experimental and thought provoking.
Currently studying Fine Art at UCS Ipswich and winner of this years student of the year, This exhibit aims to showcase raw emotion and feeling through land and scene scape.
