To answer these questions the Demystification Committee - a framework for art and research - has set up an international corporate structure across a number of jurisdictions: an Offshore Investigation Vehicle. At the head of this corporate structure is Empire Management, a UK Private Limited Company.
On Monday 10 July, Empire Management will hold a general meeting of shareholders, welcoming attendees to the current global structure of the company, introducing the loopholes and tricks that allow it to remain anonymous while undertaking murky financial operations. By participating you will be introduced to possible offshore tactics and you will be able to discuss and propose business strategies for the (mis)use of this offshore structure.
Shares cost €1, and the company offers an immediate buyback scheme. In other words, you'll need to be shareholders in Empire Management for as little as the duration of the meeting, or — should you so wish — for the lifetime of the company. This will give you the right to attend (physically or virtually) any future general meetings, thus being able to vote on company resolutions and experience further offshore investment and tactics.
If you would like to invest in Empire Management Limited and attend the General Meeting (physically or virtually), please email email@example.com
