Tony Wright - Incidents and reflection

About

Tony Wright is an artist long admired for his commercial work, from working for Time Out and various music press, to a visual and storyboard artist for film. à‚ As a storyboard artist Wright has collaborated with a range of directors from Anthony Minghella to Franco Zeffirelli and has created stunning visualizations for films such as Cold Mountain, The Talented Mr Ripley, Harry Potter and The Golden Compass to name a few. Inspired by the work of physicists, poets, musicians and writers as much as other visual artists, this exhibition is set to showcase Wright's unique and individual style. The drawings reflect not only the wide interests and idiosyncratic learning of an autodidact, but the beauty of accomplished draughtsman-ship (plus the bonus of a little 3D magic).
