mima presents two film works, each a celebration of beauty in movement, in response to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The exhibition features a new commissioned time-based animation by Italian artists Eva Marisaldi and Enrico Serotti, as well as Middlesbrough-born artist Simon Mckeown's groundbreaking film Motion Disabled: Unlimited which reflects his interest, knowledge and experience of disability. Motion Disabled: Unlimited is part of Unlimited, a programme celebrating disability, arts, culture and sport as part of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad.
