Humanist photographer Sebastião Salgado brings In Principio to London for the first time. The exhibition, a tribute to the green coffee growers of the world, forms part of a five year partnership between Salgado and illycaffè to capture the story and culture behind our daily cup of coffee. The dramatic images were taken on the plantations in Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala and India where illy purchases their green coffee directly from the farmers.
