(Im)possible Elements

Thursday, May 16, 2024 starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Cultural Hypogeum of the  Lega Navale Italiana Sezione di Matera-Magna Grecia in Via Fiorentini in the Sassi of Matera is scheduled for the opening of (IM)POSSIBLE ELEMENTS, an exhibition of international artists. 

It will be possible to visit the exhibition from May 16 to June 05, Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Free admission.

The exhibition is curated by art historian Dr. Carmela Loiacono, promoted by ApuliaAste in collaboration with Lega Navale Italiana Sezione Matera-Magna Grecia, aps MaterAcqua ets, and with the patronage of the Municipality of Matera, Province of Matera and Ambiente Basilicata.

EXHIBITION PRESENTATION
(IM)POSSIBLE ELEMENTS offers a reflection on the four elements of nature that compose reality: air, fire, water, and earth, which have always been a source of inspiration for artists, thinkers, and poets of all eras. 

The collective exhibition is an invitation to explore the balance of life's contrasts, as a journey to research harmony in a world full of cultural and social differences.
