About
Icing on a daydream is a body of paintings, screenprints, digital art and photography inspired by the surrealist novel « L’Ecume des Jours » by Boris Vian by the artist Melody Amber.
Her practice focuses on the brevity and fragility of life, the fleetingness of youth and innocence. These elements create immense beauty as well as a darkness that surrounds us, as we flourish and decay simultaneously at any given moment.
