IA13 Creative Fair

IA13 have teamed up with 2022NQ to bring you our very first Creative Fair this March. The first of many events raising funds for our upcoming degree show, the fair will play host to the return of IA13's successful zine stall, the wonderful Hey Mama Wolfe's vintage clothing (http://www.facebook.com/heymamawolfevintage) as well as zines designed by Illustration and Animation students and Indian arts and crafts. We are also running three 45 minute classes through the night: + 6pm + Beginners Knitting Club + If you have always wanted to learn how to knit but never got around to it, now is your chance! Ellie Livermore (http://ellielivermore.tumblr.com/) will be guiding you through the early stages of knit stitches, purl stitches and all other kinds of stitches to set you on the way to being a master knitter. Needles and wool will be provided. + 7pm + Beginners Book Binding Workshop + Tom Bevan (http://hopscotchstop.tumblr.com/) will be leading this workshop teaching you basic book binding techniques, focusing on the Japanese 'Stab and Stitch' method leading to the creation of a beautiful notebook for you to take away with you. Kindly sponsored by Fred Aldous (http://www.fredaldous.co.uk/) + 8pm + Life Drawing Class + To round off the night, we will be holding a life drawing class, beginning with quick 5 minute sketch activities to get the creative mind working and finishing with a long sketch for you to really get your teeth into.
