I AM SAFE is an interactive artwork exploring positive and negative thoughts through affirmations, Hi-Vis and photography, and is part of the Deptford X Fringe.
About
‘I AM SAFE’ is a temporary photo booth/stall, located on the forecourt of Terry’s Discount shop on Deptford High Street.
A choice of Hi-Vis vests, each printed with a different affirmation, such as ‘I AM STRONG’ or ‘I AM ANXIOUS’, will be presented.
The public is invited to choose a Hi-Vis to be worn for a photographic portrait. Participants are also asked to share the reason for their chosen affirmation. The photographic images will conclude as an online gallery on Instagram.
