About
Participating Artists: Ugonna Hosten, Alice Hartley, Adam Hogarth, Jade Sweeting, Olu Ogunnaike, Appau Jnr Boakye-Yiadom, Vytenis Semenas
HUMANALIA (n.) brings together a diverse range of contemporary artists who have all worked in print. The works span a range of processes and subject matter, covering notions of race, sexuality, politics, and identity.
This collection of works chosen for the show will give a snapshot of contemporary print practice, using only traditional printmaking techniques including etching, screenprint and woodblock/linocut.
The exhibition will include an artists’ talk on Saturday 31 Oct at 2.30pm. (Check social media as arragements for the talk may need to be subject to change given the ongoing Covid-19 situation.)
