HOW IT FEELS is a site-specific exhibition in and about SET Social, a former church, gym hall and community space that now functions as a bar and social club.

About

Works by Maddie Banwell, Grace Black, Daniel Gatenio, and Eleni Papazoglou.

Looking through the paraphernalia left in the space, we have made new works utilising found objects that have led to assemblages, kinetic installations and photographic documentation. [Quite good for those that want art in the after-hours.]

********

Reflecting the dual nature of the space, we have curated an evening of performances that sit between disciplines of art, music, spoken word etc. The eclectic line up includes: a performance lecture on animal crossing by Tawfik Naas, diy instruments by mosquito farm, a performance by Louise Ashcroft , a puppeteering act by Tim Spooner, and an experimental sound act by Alex Mckenzie (of Gentle Stranger and Shovel Dance Collective) + bassist with Otto Willberg

Tickets are £7 and all proceeds will go the performers
