In our Half Term Family Workshops not only will you get a sneaky peak of the exhibition when the gallery is normally closed, artists will help you create drawings, cartoons and comic books using word work, sculpture and 3D builds, sketchbook, clay and card.
Monday 11 February, 10am 12 noon
Join artist Caroline Wendling for an exploration and experimental making workshop; connecting drawing, words and objects.
Wednesday 13 February, 10am 12 noon
Illustrator Becky Palmer will lead a cartooning and comic book workshop; create fantastical characters, props and stories.
Friday 15 February, 10am 12 noon
Artist Caroline Wendling will help draw out your inspiration and build a tower of ideas from your drawings, thinking and making.
Booking is essential as there are only 12 child places per session. Suitable for all ages. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Individual sessions £4 per child or all 3 sessions for £10 per child.
