York collective Navigators Art & Performance presents a new exhibition at the City Screen Picturehouse gallery from 10th March till 6th April 2024.GUNA is a version of the ancient Greek word for 'woman' and the work on show explores, promotes and celebrates the creativity of women through the work of emerging and established local artists.
It forms part of the city's 2024 International Women's Week activities and our co-curator is York textile artist Katie Lewis.
Open every day during cinema hours. Entry is free.
Launch night from 6.00pm on Monday 11th March. Informal, drinks, everyone welcome, no need to book.
