A prestigious selling exhibition featuring over 300 artworks by some of the UK’s finest contemporary artists. Work ranges from prints and paintings, to photography and sculpture.
About
This year’s Great North Art Show in the fabulous setting of Ripon Cathedral will feature over 300 pieces of work by some of the UK’s finest contemporary painters, printmakers and photographers.
Artists include:
Barbara Sykes, who was awarded the Sir Hugh Casson Prize for Best Drawing at the 2014 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition,
Laney Birkhead, a painter printmaker whose landscape work focuses on her close relationship with her immediate natural environment. She was awarded the Harrowells Print prize at the 2014 Great North Art Show,
Neil McBride, a North Yorkshire artist whose series of paintings feature crowds of people in landscapes.
Entry to the Cathedral is free and all paintings are for sale.
