the icing room is excited to announce its upcoming show, Glaze. Glaze comprises a fictional solo ceramic exhibition, an exclusive gift shop and extortionately priced tearoom.
About
With the exhibition unfortunately closed for cleaning, the shop must perform as installation. Join us at Glaze's two special events, our grand opening on 22 December (16h-20h) with performance, food and special Christmas shopping offers on limited edition art that responds to the fictional exhibition; and our closing down bonanza on 29 December (16h-20h), with all of the above plus an exciting auction with flash sales and free give aways at 7pm.
Having played with takeovers of the domestic space, music studios and public transport system, the icing room is keen to infiltrate the commercial setting. The show will be held in a shop space, 44 Ashdown Crescent in Kentish Town, with kind permission from Tom.
