The gallery opens an exhibition of paintings never before exhibited Venezuelan teacher, Oswaldo Vigas, essential to understand the aesthetic evolution in historiography of Latin American art in the second half of the twentieth century artist.

Ascaso Art Gallery raises the pulse of the city of the sun for the season of Art Basel Miami Beach 2016 "Oswaldo Beams. Lyrical geometry, "a new and resounding exhibition on the artist and intellectual Oswaldo Beams (Venezuela 1923-2014).
Curated by critic and essayist Dennys Matos, it includes nearly twenty paintings dated between 1970 and 1973 period where the trajectory of the Master reaches a distinctive expressive synthesis that has inspired new generations of Latin American abstract artists of the century.
This shows unpublished works by Oswaldo Beams and others just will be displayed by its artistic and cultural scope, a must for collectors, critics, gallery owners and art lovers in general.
