About
We are offering one off and multiple sessions in gel plate printing for the general public, you can drop in for one session or book for the whole 3 weeks to continue your journey in gel plate printing.
This type of printing uses a gel (rubber) plate for printmaking. It is a relatively new material that makes printing at home or printing without a press easier and more accessible.
Each class will explore using the gel plate in a different way, from making your own stamps from foam and recyclables, creating reusable stencils from Mylar to using botanicals and mark-making!
Whatever your level or ability, our tutor Alexandra will help you discover new approaches and techniques.
Artbox London is a registered charity and social enterprise that runs art workshops, trips, exhibition and sales opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism and all profits raised from this workshop will go towards supporting our artists.
Wednesdays 6-8pm.
Course Dates: 22nd September, 29th September & 6th October
Length of course: 2 hours every Wednesday for 3 weeks, book for one or multiple workshops.
Location: Artbox London Studio.
