From the industrial docks to the coastal beauty of the Welsh coast, Gareth Parry creates a collection of stunning paintings for his upcoming exhibition at Thackeray Gallery, Kensington, London, ‘Here and There Again’, 9 - 26 October 2018.
About
His seascapes, industrial landscapes and interior still lives, whilst inspired by his local environment of Wales, are more about weather and the natural elements than the place alone. Parry creates extraordinary energy, manipulating the atmosphere of each painting, by the application of thick impasto paint. His work is full of colourful textures, creating paintings that possess great freedom and expression.
Gareth Parry has been with Thackeray Gallery for 15 years. He has exhibited over many years in both London and Wales, and his work can be found in both Public and Private Collections both in the UK and Worldwide.
