About

Join us for an afternoon of artists talks and conversation exploring approaches to performance and making work for a live experience. Libita Clayton, Nicola Singh and Lady Skollie will each introduce their individual process for making art that cross form and location often spilling out of the gallery and collaborating with other people. Hear about how histories, touch and the body politic weave between the artists work, and the traces they have left in the gallery following performances from the night before.

The talks will be followed by a discussion chaired by Eastside Projects’ Director Gavin Wade.

Libita Clayton, Nicola Singh and Lady Skollie will all perform at Eastside Projects the evening before this event as part of the This is the Gallery and the Gallery is Many Things X Launch Event 1, 6–9pm, Friday 5 October.
