Fridge Care:

Fridge is commuted to providing little or no cost exhibit space at our Nonprofit Art Fair as it is our mission to create an art fair without borders- walls or barriers regardless pertaining to cost.

NU hotel:

In addition to hosting Fridge, NU Hotel Supports local Brooklyn artists in three ways. First is our curatorial partnership with Welancora Gallery. Together we co-curate the lobby as an exhibition space for local Brooklyn artists. We open a new show once a quarter and host an event for the artist. Next is our NU Perspectives Mural Program. This program also iterates quarterly, where we invite an artist to submit a proposal for a mural to be painted in one of our guest rooms. We have an ongoing open call for mural proposals. Lastly, a working project space called PBX Gallery hosts intermittent pop up shows, fundraisers, and events. This space is curated by Natalie Fisk, creative liaison for NU Hotel. Artists interested in the mural program or PBX Gallery space should send examples of work, CV, Bio, and Proposal to Natalie.Fisk@nuhotelbrooklyn.com.

Eric Ginsburg:

(Fridge Founder and Exec. Director of dogs)(http://worldoferic.com) is best known for his painterly, soulful animal portraits. Ginsburg credits his success to patron and friend Sol LeWitt who commissioned works and served as a mentor, along with William Wegman, who served both as Eric's "pen pal" and as a "kind of a hero." Ginsburg's works are found in public & private collections around the world including: Herb & Dorothy Vogel Collection of the National Gallery of Art, Corrie ten Boom Museum (Netherlands), The New Britain Museum of American Art, The Cartin Collection, Cindy Sherman, Fred Dorfman, William Wegman, Agnes Gund, Paula Cooper, and the LeWitt Collection.

Natalie Fisk:

has been a Brooklyn-based artist since 2011. She is an alumna of Pacific Northwest College of Art, the Vermont Studio Center Residency Program, and Trestle Gallery Residency program in Brooklyn. Fisk began her art practice in set design, painting large scale works for theater productions and has since grown to create a style that produces works in the form of murals, collage, drawing, painting, paper sculpture, and hand cut papel picado. She has been commissioned by companies such as Rudy’s Barbershop, PNCA, Ace Hotel, and Hersha Hospitality. Her collective and curatorial works have been mentioned in publications such as the New York Times, Hyperallergic, and The Art Newspaper. Fisk is a long standing member of the art collective Gowanus Swim Society and enjoys investigating how art can better shape our environments. She also plays professional SkeeBall.

Kyo Gallery:

(https://www.instagram.com/kyogallery.usa) is the newest addition to the trendy Alexandria Old Town Neighborhood and the first hybrid gallery in the area. The intimate and stylish gallery exhibits art from all around the world, with no limits on medium or style.“The idea of Kyo is to bring a breath of fresh air to the art scene both locally and at large by providing access to the world of art, not just through our brick and mortar gallery, but also with a hybrid approach as we launch a global-scale web platform at the same time with kyogallery.com.” - Jason Longfellow, Kyo Gallery Director

Susanna Thornton:

( Vip Relationships) is a visual artist who makes photographs, films, videos, drawings and paintings. Best known for her distinctive use of light and atmosphere, she works extensively at night and has been taking night photographs since 2002. Thornton's series “NIGHTSTILLS” drew critical acclaim in 2007 in “to:Night” a cross-collaborative exhibition with the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Her approach is highly engaged in experimentation drawing upon a range of subject matter including dreams, premonition, celestial phenomena and witness to life events. Thornton produces short films and collaborates with musicians and sound artists on multi-media works--the first of these, “Susanna Thornton + Ulrich Schnauss: Audiovisual Experiments,” was displayed in London at Hardy Tree Gallery during her one-person exhibition “AURA.” Thornton resides in Italy traveling extensively for her projects and her work has been featured in exhibitions worldwide.
