In addition to hosting Fridge, NU Hotel Supports local Brooklyn artists in three ways. First is our curatorial partnership with Welancora Gallery. Together we co-curate the lobby as an exhibition space for local Brooklyn artists. We open a new show once a quarter and host an event for the artist. Next is our NU Perspectives Mural Program. This program also iterates quarterly, where we invite an artist to submit a proposal for a mural to be painted in one of our guest rooms. We have an ongoing open call for mural proposals. Lastly, a working project space called PBX Gallery hosts intermittent pop up shows, fundraisers, and events. This space is curated by Natalie Fisk, creative liaison for NU Hotel. Artists interested in the mural program or PBX Gallery space should send examples of work, CV, Bio, and Proposal to
