About

Development / Destruction is the final LOW&HIGH event in Folkestone. The workshop will investigate ideas of reconstruction using examples from Ingmar Bergman, Italo Calvino and Marcel Duchamp in an attempt to see materials and objects in a new light. The hammer, the paper plane and the walking stick are just a few of the objects that may find themselves redefining the relationship between Form and Function. This art workshop involves sharing opinions on the regeneration concepts and constructing imaginary structures. We will be also taking pictures of created models of 'environments'. The outcome of the workshop will be shown in a future exhibition. Bring your ideas and contribute your creative skills. For ages 12 +. This event is free but booking is necessary.
