About
For Alberti yet the picture was the window to the world. Today we investigate the frames themselves that can help us in information processing, knowledge acquisition and memory formation to develop interpretations and moral assessments for complex contexts.
How do we select and structure in certain contexts? How does language influence the conditions of our perception and thus our dispositives? How manipulable are we in turn by setting such framework conditions?
Harriet Groß has invited artists to these old, still virulent questions in order to trigger an exciting discourse from various pictorial media.
