A Life Drawing Masterclass with Henry Gibbons Guy from the Royal Drawing School. This drawing workshop is free to attend with all materials provided.
About
This event will take place during the exhibition of the Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize.
The Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize was created in 2005 by the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers and the Lynn Foundation to encourage the very best creative representational painting and promote the skill of draughtsmanship. With prize money of £30,000 the Prize is one of the most prestigious awards to artists in the UK.
From 2005 the exhibition of selected paintings were shown at the magnificent home of the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers, the Painters’ Hall, in the City of London. In 2012 the exhibition moved to the Mall Galleries, The Mall, London. During a reception at the exhibition the winners are awarded their prizes and the first prize-winner is also awarded a specially designed and engraved gold medal.
The range and quality of artists entering and exhibiting in the exhibition have grown each year and its reputation amongst artists is outstanding.
