Artist Christian Kerrigan presents the first of two Siobhan Davies Dance exhibitions this year, First to bloom, Last to leave. A series of sculptures inspired by the linden — or lime — tree growing outside Siobhan Davies Studios, the work fuses digital technology, scientific methods and organic matter. Kerrigan (former Artist-in-Residence at the Victoria & Albert Museum, 2010) observes the tree's growth and interaction with its surroundings by using film and sound recordings to document change.
