SHORT LIST EXHIBITION

About

Designed to offer emerging Sculptors the opportunity to develop the necessary experience, confidence and track record to extend their practice into competing for public art commissions, FIRST@108 is a new award which aims to promote excellence and innovation in Public Art. From over sixty applications, five sculptors have now been short listed for the award: William Clifford (Bursary), Christine Lobb, Matthew Simmonds ARBS, Michael Shaw and Robert Worley ARBS. Their maquettes and proposals will be on show for two weeks prior to the announcement of the winner, offering the public a chance to comment on the sculpture they like best.
