About
The Fatidical Design Prize 2014 is well under way, with emerging artists from around the country submitting their entries. Created for artists who are in the pioneering stages of their career, the winner of the prize will receive a £3,000 bursary award and a year's studio space at Bow Arts. This will be a fantastic opportunity for the artist to develop their own practice in the heart of east London's creative community.Bow Arts is pleased to be collaborating with FATKYDS, a dynamic creative business that seeks to celebrate the heritage of making quality, hand-crafted goods in the UK and to announce this exciting new prize for artists. The Fatidical Design Prize aims to provide a platform for artists to showcase their work, through the production of an art-house limited edition print of t-shirts, and a fantastic opportunity for the winning artist to develop their own practice.
We are delighted to announce details of our renowned judging panel, featuring some of the country's top minds on Art, Design, Fashion & Retail:
Athier, Artist (T-Shirt Designer, first series)

Alex Chappell, Senior Designer (Colt)
Sophie Glover, Director Of Technical Services (ASOS)
