Embedded in this North Laines gallery and surrounded by the flamboyance that is Brighton May Festival 'Farewell Seapig' is a multidisciplinary exhibition inspired by the deep sea.

About

Brighton has been invaded by black sea snails…….they have crawled from the murky depths to lay claim to the land. With this sinister escargatoire came strange aquatic forms, which evolved from a single brush stroke. These paintings are not exactly animal, vegetable or mineral and it is hard to tell if their subjects are colossal or microscopic. Farewell Seapig has brought these molluscs and evolving-lines together in a solo exhibition by Perdita Sinclair at 35 North Contemporary Fine Art this May Festival.
