Join us for a sensory exploration of materials inspired by Fausto Melotti's artworks. Exploring weight and balance using wire, an assortment of strings, metal, papers and fabrics you'll get the chance to create your own hanging sculpture to take away.
This is a drop-in workshop so no booking is required. Free for children accompanied by a paying adult. Suitable for all ages.
About the exhibition
Organized in collaboration with Milan’s Fondazione Fausto Melotti, the exhibition Fausto Melotti: Counterpoint includes key works reflecting the various strands of the artist’s oeuvre, and is the first institutional show to be dedicated to Melotti’s work in Britain.
