Calling all Filmmakers and Artists from the Cheshire and the Surrounding Regions Extended deadline - last chance to submit Friday 17th April Chester Performs is seeking submissions of both new and existing film work by filmmakers and artists from Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales. Deva Shorts provides a unique opportunity to present the best of the regions short films within our exciting film festival programme. We are looking for films no more than 5 minutes long which will be screened before feature presentations during the festival week. The feature films programme will be screened in exciting and unusual venues across Chester city centre. We are looking to programme a different short film everyday to accompany these feature films.
