About

You’ll be elevating everyday objects and giving them new meaning, bringing romance to mundane scenes and stories, and making normal realities into magical creations.

You’ll create your own contemporary artworks by going under cover in local cafes and launderettes, turning invisible in order to observe, documenting domestic activities, following strangers, discovering stories and making social commentary along the way.

Artist, Beccy McCray, will be on hand with advice and encouragement and all the materials required.

This workshop is suitable for adults (16 yrs +). Workshop fee includes gallery admission to current exhibitions.

Participants should bring a digital camera or camera phone + leads to download photographs.
