This two day workshop is an ideal opportunity to explore experimental linocut printmaking using oil based inks with print-maker Bobshaped.

About

Participants will learn how to mark/cut their own lino plates, and how to ink and print them, layering colour and texture to produce bold colourful contemporary prints to take home.

Please note that this is a two part worlshop with the first part taking place on 13 Feb and the second on 20 Feb.

About the tutor

Bobshaped works across linocut, colle de chine, screenprint and letterpress among other mediums, selling her own fine art prints at exhibitions and events across Yorkshire. As a print tutor she has taught printmaking at The Hepworth Wakefield, Wakefield Cathedral, Wakefield Art Club and The Art House, Wakefield.
