Exercises On Displacement 5/5 is the fifth in a series of five events staged in London by TUTTO QUESTO SENTIRE (TQS)
About
The evening will feature a unique collaboration between CURL and TQS collectives, presenting for the very first time THE ACT OF LISTENING, a site-specific original multimedia opera piece at Fold club. The opera in three acts, Empathy, An Ode, The Act Of Listening, will be performed live with acoustic and electronic instrumentation and video. Capitol K and Elena Colombi will open and close the event. Elena Colombi will also curate twelve hours live streaming in collaboration of Dutch platform SO&SO investigating Exercises On Displacement series with a program of discussions, interviews, and exclusive contents. Previous iterations of Exercises On Displacement have taken place at The Heat2, Cafe OTO, South London Gallery, Camden Arts Center in Cork Street. The project is supported by Arts Council England, Roberto Lombardi, Istituto Italiano di Cultura, Inverted Audio and produced in collaboration with Thirty Three Thirthy Three. Exercises On Displacement 5/5 features: Curl (Mica Levi, Coby Sey, Brother May), Rebecca Salvadori, Olivia Salvadori, Sandro Mussida, Capitol K, Elena Colombi, Patrick Morris (iiode.live), Sanne Huijsmans.
