BIAS/CUT is a visual exploration of multi-faceted heritages and cultural identities through garlanding and adornment. Featuring works by Kwesi Abbensetts, Hakeem Adewumi and Adama Delphine Fawundu, BIAS/CUT is a celebration of the histories and beauty born of collisions of bodies, of sometimes disparate cultures, and economies. In this moment of heightened historical ignorance, intolerance, and xenophobia, this project seeks to reconnect the viewer to the truth of our shared global histories.
