About

HELD AT Loft Croydon arts store Whitgift Centre, Croydon CR0 1UQ

Grand opening Thursday 21 June 5pm-8pm

Estate of mind is a photography exhibition, questioning the state behind themes of Gentrification,Slavery, Urbanisation and Feminism in Modern Day society, through the photographers eyes.

Hosted by the independent two-piece media company AxMxP based in South East London. Estate of Mind will be their debut event featuring founder Chantelle Whitehead and Managed by co founder and Events Manager Lauren-Montana.

Held at Loft Croydon Arts Store (an artist and community space, run collaboratively by a group of local arts organisations and charities) within Croydon’s Whitgift centre. This will be the first ever photography exhibition held at this space and it is due to be groundbreaking.

Solely featuring photographers of colour, AxMxP aim to stigmatise the stigma behind Croydon as well as formulating who AxMxP are and what they stand for.

Estate of Mind will also feature a 'community wall’ including the works of young people from Mind in Croydon & local schools. All the while promoting Local businesses, creatives, AxMxP and Loft Croydon Arts Store itself.

This is an event is surely due to exceed expectations and should not to be missed!
