People who have saved this event:

This exhibition is the culmination of a national competition for young people aged 14-18, who were challenged to take a photograph reflecting how they felt the world had changed over the last 50 years, or could do in the future.

As part of the Economic and Social Science Council's 50th anniversary celebrations, this year's photographic competition asked entrants to examine how the world has changed over the last 50 years, how will it continue to change and what social sciences can tell us.

The competition was open to young people aged 14-18, from across the UK and received over 1,600 entries. The exhibition displays the winners, from each of the six diverse categories, alongside the runners up and highly commended images.
