Her practice is concerned around notions of self-portraiture and how the evolution of modern technologies over the expansion of digital photography has brought new potentials of image diffusion and self- representation. She uses herself as the subject of all her hyper sexualised visuals.
About
Cropped visuals. Familiar. Mundane.
My interest comes from the same place as always: the female subject, her reactions and emotions, looking at her vulnerability exposed in her performance for the camera. Revealing. Her expression.
The details that make you understand her exposed intimacy in the moment.
My other interest is the narrative.
What is happening around her, what she is doing, who is she with.
Deleted scenes. Focus on model.
Another pair of hands that do not belong to her.
The viewer is given the space to speculate and a sense of invasiveness persists.
